Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
